The other day I was out at the local coffee shop trying to get some sabbatical homework done when I got a phone call. Emma G was planning a birthday party for her favorite rabbit, Angelina (I believe this is the 4th one within the past year), and chocolate sauce was apparently on the menu. I quickly googled some recipes and emailed them to Jeremy. I have to admit that daughter and daddy did a rocking job. He is going to do just fine while I'm away, just fine.

That IS a great recipe (I think it is also in his Perfect Scoop book, which I have.) But my all-time favorite hot-fudge/chocolate sauce recipe is this one: http://hoosierhomemade.com/homemade-for-the-holidays-hot-fudge-sauce/ So simple and delicious!
